Stephanie's Southwest Salad

Ingredients
Romaine lettuce, Spring Mix salad, chicken breast, Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle, Tostitos Hint of Lime tortialla chips, Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar, grape tomatoes, Newman's Own Southwest dressing
Directions
Coat chicken breast with Mrs. Dash to taste. Grill on electric indoor grill or in frying pan without oil until cooked thru. Set to the side.

Mix romaine, spring mix, tomatoes, and corn in salad bowl. Crush chips on top, then add chicken, cheese, and dressing, then serve! Serves 2 as a side salad or 1 as an entree.
