Edamame tomato salad

Ingredients
1 12 oz pkg frozen shelled edamame2 vine ripe tomatos, diced2 slices purple onion, diced.25 cup lemon juice (more or less to taste)1.5 tbsp dill weedoptional: 3 tbsp fresh chopped mint
Directions
Boil the edamame until it is soft, drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Chop the tomato and onion and toss remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled then serve.
