Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts, no skin and deboned2 cans cream of chicken soup1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed1 cup sour cream2 Tbs Parkay2 Tbs poppy seeds
Directions
Cook chicken, drain, debone and put into bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Sprinkle crushed crackers on mixture. Dab Parkay on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 325 degrees until it bubbles.
