chicken avacado panini with sundried tomatoes

Ingredients
1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast-grilled1 large slice tomato1 clove garlic1 t. sundried tomato1/3 of a half of an avocado2 slices lowfat cheddar (or cheese equal to 4g. fat. Mine is one slice)
Directions
I use the George Forman Grill as I don't have a panini press. I grill the chicken on it first. Season chicken to taste. Then cut the garlic in half and rub it on both sides of the bread. Grill one side of the bread and then turn it over and build your sandwich. Add all ingredients except fresh tomato and grill as a sandwich. Put the rest of the garlic through a press and smear it on top of the sandwich. Once it's done, open it up and add the fresh tomato. Enjoy!
