Ingredients
Directions
yeast, flour, sugar, water, egg, oil, salt
Bread machine. Put in wet ingrediants, followed by dry. Make a 'well' in wet ingrediants and put yeast in (make sure yeast does not touch wet ingrediants) Set bread maker to 'dough setting'. When done, form as desired and cook 25-30 minutes at 350.
By hand Mix water, sugar and yeast in bowl and allow to rise. In a seperate bowl mix eggs and oil. In a 3rd bowl mix salt and 1/2 of the flour. once yeast has began to get a 'head' pour into flour. Mix. Add wet ingrediants, Mix again. Slowly add the rest of the flour until desired consistancy. Kneed until done. Put in large bowl (spray first with no stick spray) and cover with damp towel. leave somewhere warm for 1- 1.5 hrs, punching down every 20 minutes. Form and bake as above.
