Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats1/1/2 cups wheat germ1 cup wheat bran (also known as Miller's Bran)1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped1 tsp. cinnamon3 tbsps. honey3 tbsps. water1/2 raisinsPreheat the oven to 225degress F. Combine the oats,wheat germ,bran,walnuts and cinnamon in a large bowl.In a small bowl,combine the honey and water.Pour over the mixture and stir well. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes,until the granola is golden brown,stirring every 15 minutes.Allow to cool on the baking sheet, then stir in the raisins.Place in a covered airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
