Lemongrass Tilapia

Ingredients
16 oz tilapia - thawed if frozen2 tablespoons lemon grass paste1/4 c panko bread crumbs30 sprays asian dressing (I used ken's)
Directions
Makes 4 main dish servings

Thaw fish if frozen. Place in a dish sprayed with cooking spray. Smooth the lemon grass over the top of the fish. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and spray with cooking spray to get crumbs to "stick". Cook about 10 minutes and serve with rice and veggies for a quick, low calorie and yummy dinner. Enjoy.
