Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1 dash*McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash*Yam, cooked, with salt, 1 cup, cubes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel yams and slice into bite size cubes. Place cubes in a ziploc/tupperware containter with all ingredients and shake to evenly distribute. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-30 mins. Poke to check for doneness - yams should be soft but crispy.
