Ingredients
pita bread, tofu, onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts, lettuce, and mayo.
Directions
cut tofu into strips and cut in frying pan until lightly browned.
sauter onion and slice of bell pepper in olive oil in frying pan.
spread mayo on warmed pita, add sprouts, lettuce, tofu and cooked veggies.
eat!

    this was really good - i made it in advance and brought to work for lunch -i assembled it there in a low cal tortilla, but hat it cold (minus the sprouts cuz i didn't have them) and it was really yummy. i also tried a slice of fat free cheese in place of the mayo some days which was almost as good. - 4/14/09
