Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken about 4-5 breasts:cut into cubes.2 eggs(beaten)Sauce:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 c water3/4 c vinegar1 T. dry mustard1 T. ketchupcornstarch to desired thickness Heat over med/high heat to your desired thickness: I usually heat this after I've fried my chicken because it doesn't take long.Get two bowls out. Put cornstarch in one and 2 beaten eggs in the other. First dip chicken in egg mixture then into cornstarch and then back in egg. Brown chicken in frying pan in veg. oil till brown then put in sauce.
