Chilled Pesto Pasta Salad

Basic ingredients:1 pound pasta (bowtie, rotini or fusili work well), cooked1/4 cup basil pesto1 red bell pepper, chopped1.5-2 cups baby spinach, chopped1/2 cup feta cheeseAdd as desired:Other fresh veggies: zucchini, corn, green beans, green, yellow, or orange bell peppers, fresh herbs - anything to jazz it up!
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and add pesto, tossing to coat.
Add chopped veggies & toss well.
Chill 1-2 hours to cool.
Sprinkle feta over the top & enjoy!
