* Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed * Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Hot Pepper Sauce, 6 tsp (remove) * Cream of Chicken Soup, 3 can (10.75 oz) * Milk, 1%, 6 cup * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
par-boil chicken 10-15 min in 4 cup water
cut up chicken
add all veg's n cut chicken to par boil pot
boil till veg's tender
add rest ingredients n simmer
