Easy Rissotto

Ingredients
2 medium onions3 yellow bell peppers chopped100grams white rice, short grain3 - 4 tbsp tomato sauce1 tomato chopped oilsaltpepper1 Tbsp vegeta
Directions
sautee the onions and peppers untill the peppers are soft. Add the rice and mix until the rice becomes clear. Add water to cover rice. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and stir. Add Vegeta or other seasoning, as well as a dash of salt and peper.
Let simmer for about 20 min, stirring occasionally to prevent rice from sticking to the pan. Add water as necessary.
