Feta Red Potatoes

Ingredients
Red potatoes, quartered (amount as needed)Extra Virgin Olive OilParsley (dried)Feta cheese, crumbledsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Quarter potatoes (use what you need for your family, I did this for a serving for two)
Put in ziploc bag with other ingredients exept feta cheese. Shake until covered.
Put potatoes on baking sheet covered with foil and put in oven. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.
