Tilapia Spicy and Sweet

Ingredients
1 tilapia fillet1 cup pineapple (fresh) 1/2 cup broccoli (fresh) 1/2 cup red peppers chopped 1 tbsp olive oil Tony Chachere's Seasoning
Directions
Makes 1 serving.

Heat medium skillet. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan. When hot Add tilapia fillet. Sprinkle TC seasoning onto fillet. Cook on both sides until done in middle.
In separate pan put heat on medium. Add peppers to pan and cook until softened. Add pineapple and broccoli. Cook until broccoli has softened (like it's been steamed). Add this mixture to tilapia pan and cook for another minute or so.

Serve with brown rice or plain! It's delicious!
