Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked1.75 # lean ground beef2 cans Fire-roasted can, diced tomatoes1 can whole kernel corn, undrained2 pkts taco seasoning, mild
Directions
Boil and drain macaroni. In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Add pasta, tomatoes, corn and taco seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes. Makes 8 one cup portions.
