Thai Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
1 pkg (7 oz) Ronzoni Harvest healthy spaghetti2 chicken Breast, but into chunks1 bag mixed vegetables: carrots, broccoli, snap peas, and water chestnuts1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce1/4 cup vinegar1 tsp tabasco (or red pepper sauce)
Directions
1. Boil spaghetti as directed on package
2. Prepare vegetables according to package
3. Cook chicken in a big fry pan until no longer pink add vegetables
4. Meanwhile mix peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and tabasco in a bowl with a whisk
5. Add drained noodles to pan with chicken and vegetables.
6. Add peanut butter mixture and toss gently to coat.
