Vegetarian Chili Casserole

Ingredients
1 can Kidney Beans1 bag Veggie Ground1 can Tomatoes1/2 can Tomato Paste1 Onion1 Yellow Pepper1 Potato (Shredded)2/3 cup of Cheese
Directions
1. Brown the veggie meat, adding a tomato paste
2. Add onion and yellow pepper
3. Add tomatoes and beans, once the onion and pepper is slightly cooked
4. Put into an oven dish, top with shredded cheese and potato
5. Cook at 350F for 30 minutes covered
6. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned
