Shrimp & Apple Crunch Salad

Ingredients
6 oz cooked Shrimp1 & 1/2 Green Apples1 cup diced Celery.25 Cup Diced Green Onions2 tsp Light Mayo2 tsp nonfat or light sour cream1 tsp Lemon JuiceCinnamon to tasteNutmeg to taste
Directions
Cook Shrimp- Put in large mixing bowl
Slice Apples into small pieces & add to bowl
Dice Green Onions & Add to bowl
In Seperate Bowl add Sour Cream, Mayo, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon & Nutmeg. Mix with Wisk till creamy
Add to large bowl & mix.
Add more cinnamon & Nutmeg if needed for flavor
