Whole Grain Spelt Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
* Spelt Flour, 1 cup (remove) Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Canola Oil, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Splenda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 dash
Directions
mix dry ingredients, then add egg, milk, vanilla and oil. for a round belgian waffle maker, spray and measure out a little more than a half cup per waffle. this batter does not rise as much as wheat flour, but if you want to, add a little more baking powder.
