Steamed Summer Squash with Onions, Carrots, Celery n Green Pepper

Ingredients
1 Cup Summer Squash1/2 Cup Onions1/2 Cup Carrots1/2 Cup Celery1/3 Cup Water
Directions
Dice vegetables in bite sized pieces. Place all vegetables but Green Pepper in small sauce pan. Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup water. Hold Green Pepper aside to add near end of cooking to preserve color. Cover and heat over extreme low flame until steam starts to escape. Let covered pan steam for 3 - 4 minutes then turn flame off. Add Green Pepper, replace cover. Let pan sit covered for several minutes to steam Green Pepper.

Sprinkle with desired flavor of Mrs. Dash just before serving.

Serve with Potato, Rice or Noodle and Meat, Poultry or Fish.
