Cabbage Apple Slaw

Ingredients
1. 1 cup chopped apple2. 3 cup chopped cabbage3. 3 ounces silken lite firm tofu4. 2 ounces almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk5. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger6. 2 packets splenda7. 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Directions
1. Run apple and cabbage through food processor and chop finely. Place in bowl.

2. Put tofu, milk, ginger, splenda & lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour tofu mixture over slaw and mix thoroughly.
