Egg, tomato and cheddar sandwich

Ingredients
multi-grain bread - 2 slices2 eggs (scrambled)2 slices of fresh tomatoone slice of cheddar (I like old cheddar)pepper and salt to taste
Directions
makes one sandwich.

scramble eggs and cook, like you would an omelet so they hold shape in the sandwich Just before the eggs are done, place the cheese on top to slightly warm/melt it.

toast bread and layer tomato slices on top of one piece of toast. (sprinkle with pepper and/or salt to taste)

Add cooked eggs to top of tomatos

Close sandwich with second slice of toast
