6 pork chops with bone in1 8 oz bottle Russian salad dressing1 envelope dry onion soup mix1 10 0z jar apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chopsin a baking dish. Combine the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the pork chops. cover and cook for 45 minutes. uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until browned. times will vary so watch your meat carefully.
