Oatmeal Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
SBF 99% FF Turkey, ground, 1 pkgQuaker Oats, dry, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped all whites, egg whites, 0.33 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Frank's Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp *Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Garlic powder, .5 tbsp Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed SBF Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, 6 linksany spice that you may like.I used basil, crushed red pepper and a sundried tomato and garlic blend.
Directions
preheat overn to 350

chop and saute onion in pan with non-stick spray.

remove casing from turkey sausage and mix with ground turkey, onion, milk, oatmeal and seasonings. Spary baking sheet or pan with nonstick spray and place meat mixture inside.

Combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and brown sugar in bowl. Blend well and spread on top of turkey loaf.

Bake in oven for one hour!
