Whole Wheat Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup mashed bananas5 tbsp + 1 tsp Spenda Brown Sugar Blend1/3 cup of canola oil1/2 cup of egg beaters3/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients together and mix all dry ingredients together. Combine the two until well belnded, then add the nuts. Makes 10 regular size muffins (cupcake size).

Bake @ 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes
