Honey mustard chicken salad

Ingredients
One cooked chicken breast(no skin, no bone)2 chopped scallions3 tablespoons of chopped red bell pepper1.5 tablespoons of mayo2-3 teaspoons of honey mustard
Directions
Chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces
add chopped red pepper( that is about 3 tablespoons or less depending on how much you like it) Add mayo and honey and stir to combine ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.Add more or less of mayo and mustard to your liking and consistency. (extra mayo of course will change nutritional value)
I usually bake extra chicken when having it for dinner and use it later for this recipe
