low-fat butternut squash soup

Ingredients
butternut squash cubed- 3 -4 cupsbaby carrots/diced - 1 cuponion - 1 cup (or less) sauteed non fat spraycelery - 1/2 cup sauteed non fat spray2 red potatoes cubedchicken broth 4-6 cupscornstarch (only if needed for thickening)
Directions
Saute' onions & celery. Bring broth to boil - add all ingredients and allow to simmer for 45 minutes. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add cornstarch for thickening if needed.
