Four Flour Bean Mix

2 2/3 C Garfava Bean Flour1 1/3 C Sorghum Flour4 C Cornstarch4 C Tapioca Flour
Directions
Mix the flours together and store in air tight container. Use cup for cup in place of wheat flour. Include 1 t xanthan gum for breads, cakes, cookies, etc. Nutritional info based on a 1 cup serving.
