Ingredients
Broccoflower, 1 head cut into 1" pieces2 pats butter1 tsp horseradish saucesalt
Directions
Cut broccoflower into 1" pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Place in food processor with butter and horseradish sauce and process until smooth. Use like mashed potatoes.

    Thanks. I found Broccoflower at my local farmers market. I think a whole head is more like 4 servings becasue mine is rather large. Instead of horseradish and butter I added smart balance, parsley and other herbs. - 6/10/11
