Creamy Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz Egg, fresh, 1 medium *Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free, 3 oz Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed *Cool Whip whipped topping, 3 tbsp *Splenda, 2 tsp *Benefiber, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed)
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender, blend on high for a couple of minutes. May be stored in fridge for a day -- just shake to re-mix.
