Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese1 egg1 packet splendasugar free maple syrup, to taste cinnamon, to taste
Directions
Mix, cook in micro 3 min. This smells wonderful! Cooked egg w/in cheese gives the texture somewhat of oatmeal.
I don't add the splenda and it is still good.

    I was surprised, but my husband and I actually liked this. It satisfies when you want something sweet for breakfast. I added some chopped nuts on it too. Will be making tomorrow too. - 9/13/14

    I divided the recipe into 2 custard cups before adding sweetner and syrup; into 1 I crumbled a half pork sausage & sprinkled with a few shreds of cheddar; into the other I put half the sweetner and syrup called for, so I had a "quiche" followed by "french toast" buffet. Very Good. - 12/19/20

    it says 3.7 grams of fiber, but nothing in the ingredients has fiber. Where is the fiber coming from? - 9/21/14
