2 1/4 cups flour1 tsp. baking soda1 cup butter1/4 cup sugar3/4 cup brown sugar1 (4 serv. size) pkg. instant pudding (choc or whatever kind you want)1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs1 cup chocolate chipsNuts if desired
Mix all together, batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for approx. 10 minutes.
Other flavors of pudding that can be used are butter pecan, butterscotch, milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, French vanilla, and vanilla.

this is a cake like cookie. i made a few changes to the cookie i used applesauce instead of butter, 3 egg whites instead of whole eggs and 1 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour and 1 cup white for the flour. i was able to make 36 cookies which one cookie = 84 cals 1.5 g fat 16 1.4 protein - 3/11/09
