Ingredients
red skinned potatoes (5/lb bag)1 lb green beanschopped oniongarlic (A LOT)about 1/2 c (really) EVOO
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. In a separate pot, cook potatoes (chopped, skin on) and green beans. Add to olive oil mixture - cook until hot.

Walt says, "The more olive oil you use, the better it tastes!"
