Light crab dip

Ingredients
1, 250g bar of light philly cream cheese.1/4 cup frozen spinach1 cup diced, canned tomatos1 can crab meatsalt & pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients together in small sauce pan, melt and blend on medium low heat.
Add tortilla chips or whole grain crackers for dipping.

    I think TYDROM was confused, thinking that you had written 1250 g instead of one 250g bar of light cream cheese. I checked my cream cheese and my 8 oz bar was 226g. So ends the confusion! - 5/3/09

    umm converted grams to ounces and it didnt convert right because it was 44 ounces for the 1,250 grams. Thanks for the recipe though will try it trial and error. - 3/3/09
