Bean and Cheese Tostada

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp. olive oil1/2 cup pinto beans, drained and rinsed1/4 tsp. cumin1/4 tsp. chili powder3 tbsp. salsa2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped1/3 c. Kraft 2% Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 6" corn tortilla
Directions
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add beans, cumin, chili powder and salsa. Stir and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.

2. Remove bean mixture from heat, stir in cilantro.

3. Heat a second skillet to medium heat. Add tortilla and top with bean mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover, and heat until tortilla is toasted and cheese melted, about 2 minutes.

Serves 1.
