Good recipe, but cals wrong due to chicken and shake n bake. Chicken entered as 1.5 unit from 1lb ready to bake which is just 1.5 breasts. Shake/bake entered as 1.5 serving, but there are 8 servings in one packet. Simple mistake due to SP cal counts. Actual count closer to 300. Just be careful. - 4/6/11
