Low Fat Gluten Free Cornbread

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cupBaking Powder, 1 TbBaking Soda, 1/4 tspYellow Cornmeal, 3/4 cupCorn Starch, 1/2 cupSkim Milk, 1 cup Agave nectar, 1/2 cuppotato starch, 1/3 cup xantham gum, 1/2 tspvinegar, 1/4 tsp1 egg
Directions
Combine all wet ingredients and whisk. Add dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps. Pour in to greased 9 X 13 pan and cook on 375 for 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
