Pork and Kraut

Ingredients
4 Lean Chops4 cups sauerkraut1 cup onion
Directions
Brown chops in skillet and drain, brown onions, layer chops, kraut and onions back into skillet, cover with foil bake 375 for 1 hour or until meat is tender. You may salt or pepper if desired but I feel it is simply the best just as is.
