Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Tomato Sauce, 2 cup Parsley, 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Basil, .5 tsp Oregano, ground, .5 tsp Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, .75 cup (or subsitute any seafood - shrimp works well)Fettucine, whole wheat, 4 oz Broccoli, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped or diced
Heat olive oil in saucepan or coat pan with nonstick cooking spray. Saute onion until golden. Add tomato sauce, parsley, sugar, salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in crab meat.
Bring water to a rapid boil in a pasta pot. Add pasta. Cook until done, drain, set aside.
Cook broccoli in water. Spoon pasta onto dish, cover with sauce, top with broccoli
