Vegan Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter1 cup vegan chocolate chips1 12 oz block of soft tofu.25 cup Almond milk1 9-inch ready pie-crust
Directions
Melt the chocolate over low heat, or use a double-boiler.

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, and mix until smooth. (add more milk if necessary).

pour into pie crust, and chill for at least 2 hours
