This is a really easy and quick meal to make. This is a dorm fav. for me. and it siper CHEAP to make!
Cook 2 servings of rice as specified on the packege.
Chop the onion and bellpepper to the size you desire. Add one tsp of olive oil to the skillet toss in the BP's and Onions.
While that cooks, season the tuna to taste and form into two patties.
The rice should be done by now. throw the onions and BP's in with the rice (stir & recover). Then, add 2 tsp of oil to the skillet and the Tuna patties. Brown on both sides to your desire.
Cook the green beans (Or any veggie of your choice) add 1 tsp of Garlic salt.
Make a rice pilaf, tuna pattie on top with a side of greenbreans. Enjoy!
