Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
elbow macraroni, cheddar cheese, butter and milk, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook 2 cups (dry) of elbow macaroni in salted water. Strain pasta. Layer pasta and cheese in a casserole dish - top layer cheese. Salt and pepper the top layer of cheese. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted/crispy to liking.
