Directions
1/4 cup granulated sugar1 tablespoon cornstarchDash of salt1 cup sliced peaches1/2 cup water1 tablespoon butter or margarine2 tablespoons orange extract (to taste) (sub oj as well)
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add peaches and water. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add butter and flavoring.
Serve warm over Peach Bundt Cake or ice cream.
