Two-Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)1/4 cup corn1/3 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped onion1 egg, beaten2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Directions
Place the beans in a bowl and mash with a fork or a potato masher. Add the corn, bread crumbs, onions, egg and mix. Divide mixture and make 4 patties.

Heat olive oil in a fry pan. Then pan fry the patties for about 4 minutes per side or until crispy.
