Ingredients
frozen strawberries (5)uncooked quaker oatmeal (.5 cup)vanilla soy milk (.5 cup)water (1 cup or as needed)banana ( 1 medium frozen or fresh)
Directions
put oatmeal in a blender and blend then add all the other ingredients and blend for a couple of minutes. ENJOY

    This sounds so good, I can't wait to try it. I'll probably use whey protein powder and water instead of the soy milk and not use the banana, but the idea of oats in the smoothie is wonderful. - 7/28/09
