Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breast diced1/2 c sou7r cream- low fat1 can cream of chicken soup1 1/2 c cooked rice1/4 c diced onion1/4 c diced green peppers1/4 c diced celeryTopping1/2 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers3/4 c melted margarine1 tsp poppy seed
Directions
Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9x13.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of casserole
Heat at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
