Meal Replacement Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of fat free milk (vitamin a & d)1/2 of a large banana1 cup of the frozen strawberries (about 7 med-lg pieces)1 Tablespoon of peanut butter1 scoop of the protein mix
Directions
Combine the the ingredients into a blender.

Blend for about a minute on low speed, when the strawberries are no longer chunky. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy. :-)
This makes only 1 serving.

    sound great but the calories are high. i make a variant using 1 whole banana with 5 frozen strawberries and 8 oz. apple juice lighter and lower in calories - 5/1/11

    I make a variant of this using 8oz SoyMilk & around 75g of both Banana & Frozen Blueberries (& the protein powder). Just a tad lower in fat. - 6/9/10
