Rice raisin pancakes

Ingredients
1 c rice flour1 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup raisins2 tbsp. sugar2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt1 egg lightly beaten1 cup soy milk2 tsp oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. Lightly beat egg and add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter on hot, oiled griddle or skillet. Turn over when bubbles rise to surface. Serve with syrup.
