Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1/2 - 1 c onion, chopped1 - 2 egg white1/4 - 1/2 c saltine cracker crumbs blk pepper to taste
Directions
1. drain salmon, flake apart
2. add onion to your taste
3. add the egg white and mix - 1 may do the trick
4. stir contents, add pepper to taste
5. Mix in the cracker crumbs thoroughly
6. form into 4 patties and brown in 1 T olive oil.

Makes 4 patties or may be stretched by making smaller portions.
